Currently available for Swiss residents only, the Living Planet Fund regular investment plan is an easy method of making regular long-term investments for asset growth. Regular investment – at monthly intervals or whatever is most appropriate in the case of each individual investor – ensures that, over time, you pay an average purchase price for Fund units. When prices are rising, you will buy fewer units but the value of your existing investment increases. When prices are falling, you will buy more units and will be better placed when they eventually rise.
Opening an account
Once you have submitted your request you will receive the necessary savings account papers within a week. In the envelope you will find:
1. Documents to complete and send back to the bank (Swissquote bank) with prepaid envelope:
- Original Swissquote account opening contract (B)
- Certified copy of your ID or passport (which you can obtain free of charge at any post office using the enclosed ‘Yellow Identification for Swissquote' form)
- Regular Investment Instruction form
2. Documents for you to keep:
- Copy account opening contract (A)
- Password
- Level 3 Card
- Payment order slip
- Description ‘Standing order for funds transfer’
- User guide
