Your bank or stockbroker will only require the following four pieces of information:

The amount that you wish to invest, the minimum being:

-	500 Euro if class A units (retail units)
-	500,000 Euro if class B units (institutional units)

The name of the security, in this case the name is: "Living Planet Fund - Equity"

Specify whether you wish to purchase class A units (retail) or class B (institutional) units

Quote the ISIN (International Security Identification Number) as applicable for class A
or for class B units.
