| The Living Planet Fund constitutes an undertaking for collective investment in transferable securities (UCITs) in accordance with Part I of the Luxembourg law of 20 December 2002 on undertakings of collective investment. The principal objective of the Fund is the investment of its net assets in transferable securities and in other assets as permitted by the Luxembourg regulations. |
